Reuben Foster’s Ex-Girlfriend Testifies That She Justed Wanted ‘To Fuck Up His Career’

So let me get this straight, this chick admits that she lied to fuck up Reuben Foster career and his team has not called him back yet? And as for that ex-girlfriend, since she also admitted that she has done this type of thing before, seems like her ass needs to go to the slammer for a little while.

(Sporting News) Testimony in the domestic assault case against 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster began Thursday in San Jose.  Foster’s accuser, ex-girlfriend Elissa Ennis, took the stand first in the case. She said she claimed Foster assaulted her after he tried to break up with her but she was the one who attacked him.

“I was threatening Reuben. … that I was going to f— up his career,” she said. Ennis, who admitted hitting Foster with a hanger, also said she called 911 three times as another revenge tactic. “I wanted to be extra. I wanted him to go down. I was pissed,” she said.

Ennis, who began crying on the stand, said she also wanted money from of Foster after the breakup, going as far as fleeing to Louisiana with some of Foster’s money and jewelry.

“It was all a money scheme. I didn’t want to get this far in the news. It was about money,” she said.

According to her testimony, this isn’t the first time she accused a boyfriend of assaulting her. In November 2011 she accused a partner of assault after he ended their relationship, which resulted in her going to jail. The charges of aggravated assault were eventually dropped.

Ennis accused Foster of assaulting her Feb. 11 by dragging her by her hair and also punching her, among other things, during the incident. Ennis’ injuries included a ruptured eardrum, according to the DA’s initial report. However, Ennis recanted later and said she sustained those injuries after she got in a fight with another woman.

Foster was in court during the testimony Thursday, but didn’t take the stand himself. California Superior Court Judge Nona Klippen said the testimony will continue May 23, when she will determine if the case will reach a trial.Foster has been suspended from 49ers team activities due to the ongoing investigation.
