New Music: Houston Own Trea Tha Truth Video “FRFR” For Real For Real
After Hurricane Katrina torn through Texas, we thought we would never witness the magnitude of devastation like that again in the same place. Over a decade later, Hurricane Harvey came through and flooded their sanctuary city, causing billions in damage with an unofficial body count of people dead. Trae Tha Truth took it upon himself to facilitate the aid and security of the people of his hometown. Not only did he physically rescue his fellow Houstonians in trucks and boats, he raised more than $200,000 through his “We Are One” relief fund.
While saving his city, Trae somehow has mustard up the energy to create a new music project and has recently released the cover for his new project coming out soon. Be sure to support this man, GOD knows he is deserving. Be sure to follow and support Trae on his social media pages…..
Trae served up yet another reminder of his talent with a new video for “FRFR,” a cut from last summer’s project, Tha Truth, Pt. 3. In the new visual, Trae rides the streets of Houston in a white Rolls-Royce Phantom as he reflects on issues he’ll probably have to charge to the game.
“Niggas hate I got it locked/In these streets they say I’m hot/Being Real will get you got/Probably something that you’re not/I just got another Glock/Tell the plug I need another block/And I don’t fuck with niggas/Niggas get you popped,” he spits as he sits back in his whip. ~ Lyrics by Trea Tha Truth
