(Thank GOD)Finally!!! Back to filming, still performing, working, still mothering and everything else… Lol!!! I don’t STOP!!! Let’s go!!!🙏🏻🤗😻
KeKe is the mother of 8 biological children now and she also has one step-child. The happy baby news comes on the heels of the singer telling the world that her husband wanted a divorce back in September. KeKe was eight months pregnant at the time. The singer originally lashed out at her estranged husband, Michael Ford, for telling her he wanted a divorce. KeKe took the news hard and stated that she had a child battling cancer.
The R&B diva posted a video to Instagram, stating, “You want to know something, America? When you 8 months pregnant and you got a child sick, in and out of the hospital, and your husband got the nerve to tell you that he wants a divorce. Because… he says that you’re an emotional wreck. He says that from the very beginning you never trusted me and all that kind of stuff…”
Ford responded to her comments by confirming his plans to divorce. He stated that he had been there for Keke and their children (biological or not). However, Michael said he would not allow the children to live in a toxic environment.
Ford said, “I can no longer allow our children to live in a toxic environment and, because I love Keke, I can no longer accept toxic behavior. A home should be a refuge of peace from the inequity and harshness of the world…”
Wyatt hopped on Snapchat to defend herself from Ford’s comments about her being “toxic.” However, she also gushed over him being a great father.
Keke told fans, “I never said he’s not a good father. He’s a wonderful father. He’s an amazing father. He’s a wonderful dad. That I can never take away from him. That’s one thing, he’ll always be is a great dad. Now timing? Your timing ain’t good, buddy. But as far as being a father, he’s a wonderful daddy. That man cooks, takes care of these babies. Helps me in every way.”
Poor Michael Jamar, he can’t sleep in his own bed Lol!!! (Move Bella)!!!
The singer went on to say she doesn’t want anyone referring to Ford as a “bad dad.” She said that statement is not accurate, but adds that he could have had better timing to request a divorce.
Daddy’s girl!!! Bella Boo❤️❤️❤️
Fans asked the singer how Ford was as a husband.
She responded, “Yeah, he’s a great husband, a great father. I’m a great mother and a great wife. Sometimes people can clash and it’s not good to clash in front of your kids. But one thing that’s for sure is that I’m not crazy or toxic. And he’s not a bad father. And I love him ’til the day I die and that’s just what it is. Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do.”
The baby has dropped!!! Time to start preparing!!!#babyswag Soon to come…
Wyatt was just 18-years-old when she tied the knot to her road manager, Rahmat Morton. Keke had four children during the marriage, but sadly one baby was stillborn. The marriage was violent and the singer ended up stabbing Morton in self-defense. She divorced Morton in 2009.
Wyatt tied the knot in 2010 to Michael Jamar, an ordained minister that appeared with her on “R&B Divas.” The couple were raising six children together, three fathered by Wyatt’s first husband, and two fathered by Ford. The sixth child is her step-child from Ford’s previous relationship. Keke and her husband welcomed their eighth child in early 2015, a baby girl.
Keke began singing at the age of 2-years-old, working in girl bands and as a songwriter during her teenage years. She rose to fame in 2001 following her successful collaboration with fellow R&B singer Avant. Her rendition of “Nothing in This World” led to a nomination for the Best New R&B/Soul/Rap Artist at the Soul Train Lady of Soul Awards.
I’m feeling like my true self… God is cleaning me out… So fresh and so clean, clean!!!❤️❤️❤️Love is in the air!!!🙏🏻God’s love…
